Saudi Arabia records 1,055 COVID-19 cases on Thursday

Saudi Arabia recorded 1,055 COVID-19 cases today, April 22, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 409,093, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 1,086, raising the total number of recovered cases to 392,448 (96% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

The Kingdom reported 11 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 6,869.

 

Active cases totaled 9,776, of which 1,182 cases are critical.

 

Riyadh reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 468, followed by Makkah (206), Eastern Province (166), and Madinah (41).
