Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Co. launched today its investor relations (IR) application on IOS and Android smartphones in cooperation with Saudi-based Argaam Investment Co.

The new application enables investors to review all information, financial data and the latest updates about the company's projects, the two companies said in a joint statement.

“The move comes as part of Zahrat Al Waha’s efforts to enhance its corporate governance, transparency levels and investor confidence in the company, and to ease investor access to its financial statements using state-of-the-art technology deployed by Argaam,” Ahmed Al Theyab, Board Chairman, Zahrat Al Waha, said.

Moreover, Al Theyab affirmed Zahrat Al Waha’s keenness to enable investors to access its diverse financial indicators through the new app, so as to cater for investor needs, using the advanced technologies and analysis tools provided by Argaam.

The application keeps Zahrat Al Waha shareholders updated about the company’s latest news, future projects and official disclosures to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) using advanced technology provided by Argaam Investment, he added.

Moreover, shareholders will have easy access through Zahrat Al Waha’s webpage update to its performance analysis, up-to-date financial data, stock performance, and financial statements since inception. The company’s customers can easily review all annual reports and key future projects to have a full overview of the company’s business activities, Al Theyab concluded.

The latest webpage update was provided in English to facilitate non-Arabic-speaking investor access to the company’s latest data and present the company as a great investment opportunity.
