Edaa implements securities increase for Sumou Real Estate

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced implementing securities quantity increase for Sumou Real Estate Co. on the accounts of eligible securities’ holders today, May 10, 2021.

 

On May 5, Sumou shareholders approved increasing the company’s capital from SAR 250 million to SAR 375 million, through the issue of one bonus share for every two shares held, Argaam reported.
