Maadaniyah shareholders to vote on board, audit reports for 2020 on June 24

Shareholders of National Metal Manufacturing & Casting Company (Maadaniyah) will vote on approving the board of directors' report, auditor's report, and financial statements for 2020, during an ordinary general meeting (OGM), which will be held on June 24, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

Shareholders will also discuss approving the payment of remuneration for board members for the years 2019 and 2020. They will also vote on approving the payment of remuneration for the audit committee members for the years 2019 and 2020

Shareholders will also vote on discharging the board members from liability for 2020.
