Al-Omran shareholders to vote on board, audit reports for 2020 on June 15

Al-Omran Industries and Trading Co.’s shareholders will vote on the board and audit reports, as well as financial statements for 2020, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on June 15, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will vote on the appointment of Sami Mohamed Al-Shiha as a member of the audit committee, effective as of Sept. 2, 2020, until the end of the current committee’s term on Sept. 18, 2022.

 

Moreover, they will vote on absolving the members of the board of directors from liabilities for 2020, as well as the business and contracts that was concluded between the company and Abaad Real Estate Investment Co.
