Hail Cement opens nominations for board membership

Hail Cement Co. will open nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting Nov. 30, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, June 16.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit a request for nomination from today, June 16, to July 22, as per the regulatory requirements.

 

The selection of the members for the new term will take place at the upcoming general assembly meeting, which will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.
