Saudi Arabia records 1,148 COVID-19 cases on Saturday

Saudi Arabia recorded 1,148 COVID-19 cases today, July 3, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 491,612, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 1,222, raising the total number of recovered cases to 471,550 (96% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

Active cases totaled 12,199, of which 1,364 cases are critical.

 

The Kingdom reported 15 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 7,863.

 

Eastern Province reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 314, followed by Makkah (265), Riyadh (219), Asir (137), Jazan (62), and Madinah (45).
