AlAhli Takaful appoints new audit committee member

AlAhli Takaful Co.’s (ATC) board of directors approved on May 4, appointing Ayed Matar Al- Githami as an audit committee member (non-board member) replacing Salah Bakhet AlTalib (non-board member).

The appointment came into effect on the date of receiving the Saudi Central Bank’s no-objection, namely July 18, until the end of the current term on July 31, 2022, ATC said in a bourse statement.

The decision will be submitted to the upcoming shareholders’ meeting for approval, the statement added.
