GASCO shares rise to highest level since 2006

Shares of National Gas and Industrialization Co. (GASCO) rose to their highest level since October 2006, closing at SAR 59, today, Sept. 2.

 

The total traded volume reached 1.5 million shares.

 

Accordingly, the stock's gains crossed 90% year-to-date.

 

GASCO was set up in 1963 by merging the National Gas Company with Saudi Manufacturing and Gas Company. In 1975, the Saudi government merged all other gas companies into GASCO.

 

The company specializes in the filling and distribution of gas for residential and commercial uses.
