Zahrat Al Waha to start e-voting for OGM on Nov. 4

Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Co.’s shareholders will start on Nov. 4, the electronic voting on the agenda of the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for Nov. 8, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will vote on electing new board of directors for the upcoming three-year term ending on Dec. 25, 2024.
