Tanmiah Food appoints board member

Tanmiah Food Co.'s board of directors approved today, Nov. 25, the appointment of Ahmad Sharaf Osilan as an executive board member the current term ending on April 18, 2022, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Osilan holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial management and minor in management information systems. He has extensive experience of 20 years in the field of investment and entrepreneurship. 

 

The appointment is subject to the approval of the upcoming general meeting.
