National Building board appoints new audit committee member

National Building and Marketing Co. (NBM) board of directors approved, today, Dec. 12, the resignation of Eyyad Fawaz Taha as an audit committee member and appointing Mahmoud Sayyid as his replacement, effective immediately until the end of the current board term.

 

The resignation came following the appointment of Taha as CEO for Joint Services in the company, effective as of date.

 

The board decision will be put up for approval during the next general assembly meeting.
