Fesh Fash shareholders to vote on articles of association amendments on Feb. 20

Shareholders of Fesh Fash Snack Food Production Co. are set to vote on the amendments of the company’s articles of association, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) to be held on Feb. 20.

 

The company said in a bourse filing that the amendments are related to Article 18 of the powers of the board of directors and Article 20 of the powers of the Chairman and Managing Director.
