Wataniya shareholders to discuss capital increase via SAR 200 mln rights issue on April 13

Wataniya Insurance Co.’s shareholders will discuss increasing capital via a rights issue worth SAR 200 million, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for April 13, according to a bourse statement.

 

The capital increase aims to support the company's business growth and maintain the solvency requirements imposed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).
