SICO Saudi REIT Fund appoints 2 board members

SICO Capital Co. announced appointing Fahad Al-Shammari and Ali Hamidaddin as independent board members at SICO Saudi REIT Fund as of March 15, 2022, according to a filing to Tadawul.

 

Al-Shammari is the CFO of Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) and has more than 20 years of experience in financial and financing fields as well as project management. He previously held leadership positions, including CFO of Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corp. (SPIMACO) and CFO of the National Housing Co. (NHC) that is owned by the Ministry of Housing. Al-Shammari holds Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certificate and INSEAD Certificate in Corporate Governance.

 

Hamidaddin is the Advisor to the CEO of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City. He has over 20-year experience in the public and private sectors locally and internationally. Previously, he was the Vice Secretary General of the Economic Cities Authority. Hamidaddin has broad experience in real estate development. He holds a M.Sc. in Finance from the American University in Washington D.C. and a M.Sc. in Engineering Management from the George Washington University.
