Tanmiah Food appoints Amr Al Dabbagh as Chairman, Jamal Al Dabbagh as Vice Chairman

Tanmiah Food Co.’s board of directors appointed Amr Al Dabbagh as Chairman of the board, during a meeting held today, April 18, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board also decided to appoint Jamal Abdullah Al Dabbagh as Vice Chairman and Ahmed Osilan as Managing Director.

 

The members appointed Mahmoud Mansour Abdul Ghaffar as Secretary to the board for the new term and Jamal Al Dabbagh and Ahmed Osilan as representatives of the company at Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
