Northern Cement shareholders to vote on amending articles of association on May 31

Northern Region Cement Co.’s shareholders will vote on amending articles of association during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) that will be held on May 31.

 

During the meeting, they will vote on amending articles related to the company’s management and board meetings, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The e-voting will start from May 28 via Tadawulaty services.
