Nayifat CEO Abdulmohsen Al-Swailem resigns

Nayifat Finance Co.’s board of directors accepted today, May 22, the resignation of CEO Abdulmohsen Al-Swailem. The resignation is effective June 22, the company said in a bourse filing. 

 

Al-Swailem submitted his resignation due to personal reasons.

 

Any further developments related to the appointment of a new or acting CEO will be announced in due course, the company noted.
