Northern Cement EGM canceled on lack of quorum

Northern Region Cement Co. said that the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), planned on May 31, was canceled due to the lack of quorum.

 

The company will call for another EGM after setting its date and obtaining the approval of the competent authorities. The meeting will be held by the shareholders who attended the first and second meetings.

 

Shareholders were set to vote on amending articles of association during the EGM.
