Capital market institutions employ 4,784 by Q1 2022-end, Saudization at 77%: CMA

The number of employees at capital market institutions reached 4,784 by the end of the first quarter of 2022, an increase of 11 employees quarter-on-quarter, according to the latest data from the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

 

Meanwhile, the localization rate at these institutions was 77% by the end of Q1 2022, according to the Capital Market Institutions Report.

The number of capital market institutions reached 118 by the end of Q1 2022. SNB Capital topped the list with 366 employees, and 89% Saudization rate. It was followed by HSBC Saudi Arabia Ltd with 326 employees, with 82% Saudization rate.

 

Meanwhile, Tamra Capital, Merak Capital, Razeen Capital, JOA Capital and Sadu Capital achieved 100% Saudization.
