National Building names Yaqeen Cap advisor on transition to main market

National Building and Marketing Co. (NBM) appointed today, June 20, Yaqeen Capital advisor on the company’s transition from Nomu-Parallel Market to the main Market, by virtue of the amended listing regulations.

 

The company filed for the main market transition four times before but was notified that the application was “incomplete.”

 

NBM, capitalized at SAR 120 million, was listed on Nomu on April 29, 2018.
