City Cement renames Abdulaziz bin Mishaal Chairman, Badr Al Abdullatif Vice Chairman

City Cement Co.’s board of directors approved today, June 20, reappointing Abdulaziz Al Saud bin Mishaal as Chairman and Badr Al Abdullatif as Vice Chairman for the upcoming three-year term, starting from the approval date, according to a bourse statement.  

 

The board also formed the executive committee, including Badr Al Abdullatif, Majed Al Osailan, Muhammad Al Zaim and Saleh Al Shabnan.

 

In addition, the nominations and remuneration committee was constituted with the following members: Muhammad Al Mojel, Muhammad Al Zaim and Saleh Al Shabnan.

 

During the ordinary general meeting, held on June 15, the audit committee was also set up to include Saleh Al Rajhi, Mohammed Al Suraiyea, Abdulaziz Al Dulaijan and Saleh Al Sheikh.
