Maharah shareholders to start e-voting on OGM agenda items on June 24

Shareholders of Maharah Human Resources Co. will start on June 24 the e-voting on the agenda items of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for June 28, according to a bourse filing.

 

They will discuss authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022.

 

Maharah’s shareholders will also vote on the company’s consolidated financial statements as well as the board and auditors’ reports for 2021. They will vote on absolving the board members of liabilities for 2021.
