GAC has no objection to MBC Media’s full acquisition of Al Wasa’il Advertising

Saudi Arabia’s General Authority for Competition (GAC) showed no objection to the economic concentration between MBC Media Solutions (MMS) and Al Wasa’il National Advertising Co.

 

MMS aims to acquire 100% of Al Wasa’il, GAC said in a statement.
