GAC approves Tibbiyah’s 51% acquisition of Innovative Care

Saudi Arabia’s General Authority for Competition (GAC) green-lighted Arabian International Healthcare Holding Co.’s (Tibbiyah) acquisition of a 51% holding in Innovative Care Co.

 

In March, Nomu-listed Tibbiyah signed a definitive agreement to acquire a 51% stake in Innovative Care, which owns Riyadh-based medical and beauty center, “New You Medical Center”.
