Tadawul: Academy of Learning goes ex-dividend today

Shares of Academy of Learning Co. have their ex-dividend today, Aug. 23, for H1 2022.

 

In late July, the company’s board of directors recommended paying a 15% cash dividend for H1 2022, at SAR 1.5 per share, according to data available on Argaam.

 

The dividend payment date will be within 12 business days from the general assembly meeting date.

 

This is the company's first cash dividend, after being listed on Nomu on July 18 as a direct listing.
