Tadweeer shareholders approve adding new company purposes

National Environmental Recycling Co.’s (Tadweeer) shareholders approved amending Article No. 3 of the Articles of Association on the company’s purpose, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Aug. 25, according to a bourse filing.

The amendment entails adding new purposes, including undertaking projects in order to provide the company with the required raw materials.

The company will also promote, sell and distribute the industrial products locally and globally. It may, in order to fulfill these purposes, perform, for self or others, all the industrial, financial and commercial activities of every nature, whether related to properties or movables.

In addition, the company will manage the affiliated companies, or participate in managing other companies, in addition to providing the required support.
