Advanced reappoints Khalifa Al Mulhem as Chairman, Waleed Al Jaffari as Vice Chairman

Advanced Petrochemical Co.’s board of directors reappointed, on Oct. 4, Khalifa Al Mulhem as Chairman and Waleed Al Jaffari as Vice Chairman for the current three-year term started Oct. 1, 2022, according to a bourse statement.

 

The board formed its sub-committees with the remuneration and nomination committee, including Bader Jawher (independent) as Chairman, along with Khalifa Al Mulhem, Waleed Al Jaffari and Abdulaziz Bin Abdullah Al Mulhem (non-executive).

 

The board also appointed its secretary and the company’s representatives before the Capital Market Authority (CMA), Saudi Tadawul Group (Tadawul) and the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa).

 

Meanwhile, they formed the audit committee for the same term comprising Waleed Al Jaffari (non-executive), Abdulsalam Al-Mazro (independent) and Abdulaziz Al Mulhem (non-executive).
