Perfect Presentation sets IPO price range at SAR 165-185/share, starts book-building process

Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Co. (2P) set the initial public offering (IPO) price range at SAR 165-185 per share, according to Saudi Fransi Capital, the lead manager of the company’s share sale.  

 

The book-building process for institutional investors starts today, Oct. 18 until Oct. 24, Saudi Fransi Capital added in a statement received by Argaam.

 

Perfect Presentation plans to offer 4.5 million shares, or 30% of its capital, divided into SAR 15 million shares.

 

The retail offering will run for one day only on Nov. 1. The company will offer 450,000 shares, or 10% of the total offer shares, to individual investors.
