Alwasail Industrial appoints Suleiman Al-Dakhil as audit committee member

Alwasail Industrial Co.’s shareholders approved, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Dec. 12, the appointment of independent board member, Sulaiman Al-Dakhil, as an audit committee member until the end of the current committee term on Dec. 22, 2024. 

In a statement to Tadawul today, Dec. 13, the company indicated that Al-Dakhil replaced Ahmed Al-Rabadi.  

During the meeting, Al Kharashi & Co. Certified Accountants & Auditors was elected to examine, review and audit 2022 annual financials and 2023 interim financial statements.
