Arabian Aramco Total partially redeems Sukuk worth SAR 214.5 mln

Arabian Aramco Total Services Co. partially redeemed today, Dec. 20, SAR 214.5 million worth of Sukuk, representing 5.72% of the Sukuk’s original face value (scheduled semi-annually).

This came as per the redemption schedule included in the prospectus approved by the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Subsequently, the face value of each certificate becomes SAR 38,880 and the outstanding Sukuk principal is SAR 1.46 billion.
