Tibbiyah subsidiary signs SAR 31.1 mln supply contract with NUPCO

Arabian International Healthcare Holding Co. (Tibbiyah) said that its wholly owned subsidiary, International Medical Supplies Co. (Premma Health), signed an on-demand supply/service contract with National Unified Procurement Co. (NUPCO) for SAR 31.1 million. 

 

In a statement to Tadawul, Tibbiyah said the contract was related to tender No. NPT0008/19. 

 

Signed on Dec. 21, the contract lasts 847 days. It includes the supply upon request of medical consumables as per contract specifications, terms and conditions, the statement said. 

 

The financial impact is expected from H2 2022, Tibbiyah said, adding that there are no related parties to the contract.
