Saudi Tadawul Group reappoints Sarah Al-Suhaimi as Chairperson

Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co.'s (Tadawul Group) board of directors approved today, Jan. 2, reappointing Sarah Al-Suhaimi as Chairperson, and Yazeed Al-Humied as Vice Chairperson.

 

The board also approved the formation of sub-committees, as well as the appointment of the board secretary and group's representatives for the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), according to a Tadawul statement.

 

The audit committee formation was approved, and its duties, work regulations and member remuneration were determined, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Dec. 28, 2022.

 

The committee comprises Omar Al-Hoshan as Chairman, as well as Hashem Al-Hekail, Sultan Al-Deghaither, Abdulhameed Al-Muhaidib and Latifah Al-Sabhan as members.
