Retal inks agreement with SAR to build commercial mall

Retal Urban Development Co. signed a shareholder’s agreement with Saudi Arabia Railways (SAR), on Jan. 4, to establish a special purpose vehicle (SPV), which is equally owned by both parties. 

 

The SPV intends to build a commercial mall to support the business and growth of the company's strategy, Retal said in a statement on Tadawul.
