Edaa implements securities quantity increase for Al-Jouf Mineral Water securities

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) implemented securities quantity increase for Al-Jouf Mineral Water Bottling Co. on the accounts of eligible securities’ holders today, Jan. 29, according to a statement on Tadawul.

 

On Jan. 24, the company’s shareholders gave the green light for increasing capital by 50% through issuing one bonus share for every two shares held, Argaam earlier reported.
