Sanctions, underinvestment may cause energy shortages: Minister

Saudi Minister of Energy Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman warned that sanctions, bans and underinvestment will only lead to a shortage of energy supplies.

 

"All of those so-called sanctions, embargoes, lack of investments, they will convolute into one thing and one thing only, a lack of energy supplies of all kinds when they are most needed".

 

The Minister’s statements came on the sidelines of the 44th IAEE International Conference in Riyadh.
