SHL Financing reappoints Yousef Al-Shelash as Chairman, Obaid Alrasheed as Vice Chairman

SHL Financing Co.’s board of directors decided on Feb. 20 to reappoint Yousef Al-Shelash (non-executive member) as board Chairman and Obaid Alrasheed (non-executive member) as Vice Chairman.

 

The company obtained the Saudi Central Bank’s (SAMA) non-objection on this decision on March 8, according to a statement on Tadawul.

 

The board’s decision was subject to SAMA’s approval, the statement added.
