Edaa raises Alhasoob number of shares in investor portfolios

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) increased the number of Alhasoob Co.’s shares in eligible shareholder portfolios today, June 12.

 

On June 7, Alhasoob shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to increase capital by 100% by capitalizing SAR 14 million from the retained earnings, and via a one-for-one bonus share distribution, Argaam reported.
