SAMA renews license for Nayifat to practice financing activities

Nayifat’s EGM ratifies capital hike via bonus shares

Nayifat Finance Co. received today, Aug. 10, the approval of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) on renewing the company’s license to practice financing activities.in Saudi Arabia for five years ending on 25/02/1450, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company added that this includes financing of small and medium enterprises, financial leasing, credit cards financing, consumer financing, and debt-based crowdfunding.
