Arabian Centres Co. (Cenomi Centers) said that the soft opening of U Walk Jeddah, a shopping center combining indoor and outdoor spaces, will take place on Dec. 15.
Boasting a strategic location on Prince Sultan Street, the new complex stands as a pioneering hybrid shopping center, the first of its kind in Jeddah, the company said in its statement.
A series of events and activities will be organized over the next two months before the grand opening in the first quarter of 2024, according to the statement.
According to data available on Argaam, U Walk Jeddah is built on an area of 161,500 square meters and has a total leasable area of 61,000 square meters.
It consists of three floors and has a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, with a view of an artificial lake. U Walk Jeddah will include 180 stores, including retail stores, restaurants, cafes, a leisure area, and a cinema.
