National Building shareholders elect board members

Shareholders of National Building and Marketing Co. approved the election of board members for the new term starting March 7, 2024, until March 6, 2028, during the ordinary general meeting held on Feb. 29, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

The elected members are Ayman Al-Qadi, Abdullah Al-Shai’I, Mohammad Daboul, Mishal Al-Aqla, and Osama Al-Sudais.
