16,000 Saudi families move to first homes YTD: Sakani

Sakani Program announced that 21,900 families have benefited from the program since the beginning of 2024, during which a total of 16,100 Saudi households moved to their first homes.

Sakani added that as many as 10,250 Saudi families moved to their first homes in February. This brought the total number of beneficiaries to 8,337 during the same month, benefiting from the optional support packages that the program provides to Saudi households.

These packages, according to Sakani, offer multiple solutions by providing immediate support to beneficiaries of ready-to-move-in, under-construction and self-build housing units, in partnership with the Real Estate Development Fund and other financing bodies and developers.

Sakani Program announced that 101,230 families benefited from the program in 2023, during which a total of 98,480 Saudi households moved to their first homes, according to data available with Argaam.
