Kerten Hospitality has over 23 projects under way in Saudi Arabia: CEO

Kerten Hospitality Co. is working on an initiative in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism that includes more than 23 projects under implementation in the Kingdom, which is in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, CEO Marloes Knippenberg told Argaam in an interview on the sidelines of the Future Hospitality Summit.

 

The upcoming projects include The House Residence, The Wellness Hotel in Abha, and The Urban Eco Resort in Riyadh, Knippenberg said.

She added that Kerten Hospitality has several operational projects, including Cloud7 Residence AlUla, Dar Tantora The House Hotel, and a co-working space project in Jeddah.

 

Knippenberg also highlighted the high demand for all properties, emphasizing that as Saudi Arabia's tourism and business sectors continue to grow. She also expected more opportunities for growth and expansion in the coming years.

 

The CEO further indicated that Saudi Arabia is rapidly gaining a strong foothold as a global tourism destination, driven by several compelling factors. The ambitious Vision 2030 initiative has laid out a comprehensive roadmap for diversifying the economy and unlocking the country's tourism potential, making Saudi Arabia an attractive destination for investment.

 

With increasing government support and investment in tourism infrastructure, Kerten Hospitality sees tremendous opportunities to create unique and immersive hospitality experiences that showcase the best of Saudi Arabia to the world.
