Horizon Educational IPO price range on Nomu set at SAR 48-54/share

Yaqeen Capital, the financial advisor and lead manager on the potential offering of Horizon Educational Co., set the price range for the latter's initial public offering (IPO) on the Nomu-Parallel Market at SAR 48–54 per share.

 

The book-building period for qualified investors will run on May 12-20, according to a filing to Tadawul.

The educational services provider plans to float 500,000 shares, or 20% of its post-IPO capital on Nomu, to increase capital from SAR 20 million to SAR 25 million, according to data available with Argaam.
