Lime Industries EGM OKs transferring SAR 27.6M to retained earnings

Shareholders of Saudi Lime Industries Co. approved transferring the company’s statutory reserve of SAR 27.62 million to the retained earnings account during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on May 7.

 

The remaining agenda items were also approved, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
