MBC board recommends no dividend for 2023

MBC Group Co.’s board of directors recommended, on May 15, paying no dividends for 2023, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company aims to expand its current and future operations, preserve liquidity, and strengthen its financial position.

 

The proposal will be submitted to the upcoming general assembly for approval. The meeting date will be set later.
