Thimar Complains against those responsible for the misleading financials of 2010

National Agriculture Marketing Company (Thimar), said that the administrative court of appeals of Riyadh accepted the company’s objection for the previous court order in the lawsuit against the company’s former officials.

Thimar also intends to submit a complaint to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry related to the same issue; the Company said in its filing to Tadawul today.

According to Argaam’s data; Thimar filed a lawsuit against its former CEO, Ghassan Abdul-Kareem, and its former financial manager, Sami Khalil, as well as its former auditor, The Saudi Accounting Office, for being responsible, according to the company, for publishing misleading financial statements for year 2010.
