Dallah Healthcare announces purchasing of land in west Riyadh costing SR 133.8m to construct a hospital serving west & south of Riyadh

Dallah Healthcare Holding co. announces completing of purchase of land in west Riyadh with a total area of about 120,000 m sq. and a total price of SR 133.8m in order to build a Hospital providing all specialties to serve western and southern area of Riyadh that has a wide customer base. This project is considered part of the company's expansions plan. That land's title deed has already been transferred to the company's name.

The value of this purchase has been paid off from the company's operations and the proceeds of the IPO that took place November 2012.

The company will announce the development of this project later
