SPIMACO cancels the MoU with Cooper Pharma Morocco

SPIMACO Pharmaceutical Company announced today on tadawul cancelling the memorandum of understanding signed earlier with Cooper Pharma Morocco Company for establishing oncology drugs factory in Morocco.

The company stated the reason for cancelling the MoU is the material change in prices of these drugs which will result in lower profitability.
