Emaar Properties has no plans to build a tower in Chechnya

Emaar Properties, the region’s largest developer, said it had no plans to build a 400-meter tall tower in Chechnya, an official was quoted as saying in al-Bayan newspaper.

 

A newspaper reported that a Russian MP had said that Emaar would build an 80-floor building in Grozny.

 

The company is developing real estate projects in Egypt, Kurdistan, Iraq, Serbia, India and Turkey.
